Baby aspirin question?

What baby aspirin is everyone taking? I have not taken anything any of my pregnancies, but both my pregnancies led to a mmc last one was in Jan at almost 14 weeks. I am reading women are taking it who have previous losses. I have no live births and almost 5w now. Studies say baby aspirin doesn't prove to actually work to help carry a baby full term since both of my losses were tested and due to Trisomy 16. But is anyone taking it for that reason and have taken it in the past that helped them carry to term? Just some insight on real experience not just what google says. Thank!
