Now I feel pregnant

I'm 20 weeks pregnant with my second baby. Today I reached that swollen and fat feeling. I've gained about 15lbs and my belly is huge. A friend of mine whose also pregnant with her second and is only 4 weeks behind me is hardly showing! My back hurts, I don't want to pick anything up off the ground, I cannot stand being in the same room with my mother, I want to eat EVERYTHING (including spoonfuls of frosting) even though I'm getting full faster and I constantly end up with acid reflux. I'm also crying for the silliest reasons!
