Progesterone levels or early pregnancy?

My hubby and I have been ttc for 8 months now. I've been tracking my cycle by opks, bbt and cm. I'm also on my 3rd round of clomid (100 mg this round). I ovulated around day 14, so I'm about 6 dpo now. Usually before af my cm is dry or nonexistent. The last 2 days there has been an abundance of it though, pretty watery in feeling but has a white color. Could this just be from hormone levels changing? Or can it be an early sign of pregnancy? I really am hoping for a bfp this month.
