So scared

So I found out I'm going to have a miscarriage, my levels are dropping and there is not cardiac activity in the sac, I haven't miscarried yet. I've been told of you do it naturally it hurts like actual labor pains and it's truly unbearable so it kind of freaks me out! I have to wait until Monday to see my Doctor but I really hope I don't miscarry by then ! I've been miscarring for 72 hrs now and I JUST started spotting a little, small little cramps here and there but nothing too painful yet. What should I do ?
