PCOS - Metformin, Provera, Clomid and cysts removal!!!!

I was diagnosed with PCOS in 2009 after my 1st son was born, and recently I've been trying for number 2, doc put me on Metformin 500mg, Provera to get my period started, them on day 5 start Clomid... Which was today!!! So... Hoping this works, I got 3 months, if it doesn't happen he wants me to go back in and to have all my cysts on my ovaries removed... Then try, try again!! I just really hope this works!!!!

Anyone else have to go threw all this??? I kinda feel alone!!!
