Have you ever took a shower with a tampon on?

Somtimes I'm grossed out by my period to the point I don't like a lot of drippings while I'm showering. So I put a tampon in and wash the outer part of my V. Idk if it's bad or not. Please comment . 😮😊

I like to take out my tampon before a shower and just let the blood flow out and wash away. It feels like so much comes out - more than a single tampon would hold. It feels great! Then just have another tampon ready for insertion as soon as you get out of the shower.

I do sometimes  ; I see no problem . I just change it right after so that it's not all water soaked up . but I think it's better to go without bc then you can get clean and air out down there !

I really hope you arnt trying to wash inside your "V" even when not on your period . The vagina is self cleaning, any soap up there will just throw off your ph balance and cause a variety of issues. Washing the outside is sufficient.

I don't know if I'd i agree with only washing the outside of your vagina.  Yes it's self cleaning but cleaning around with water has never hurt me.  There are ways to keep your pH balance if you occasionally get a little soap up there.

What is summer Eve's vaginal soap for then. ? I've always washed my vagina with that or just simply hot water. Is that not good to do?

sometimes if I forget to take it out before my shower I just change it after. no big deal 😛

Yep, I do when my flow is heavy and I don't want blood running down my legs when I get out (it's happened before. I walked around the house with my legs covered in blood). I change it right after.

I have. But then the string gets wet and leaves my underwear wet, which isn't fun lol No matter how much I try to dry it. It doesn't bother me to not have it in. It's actually best not to because that area needs to get clean especially during that time of the month.
