BH or labor?

I'm 37 weeks. For the last 30 minutes I've counted my contractions. They last a minute and are about 8 minutes apart. I'm not to worried because they feel like very pressured Braxton hicks. Should I go in to get checked out or am I ok? FTM so I'm confused

Try reposition, hydrating with water or taking a shower bath and see if they slows them down or stops them...if not Dr might have you come in when they are closer together...4-5 min apart.

My Dr said you don't need to go in until they're 5 minutes apart lasting 1 minute for 1 hour consistently and they're painful to the point where you can't talk or eat through them
