Reassurance

Ok,I'm going for my first ultrasound on Tuesday,it's booked probably and might have to be internal (what is that like?!) I've been having really bad days where I'm worried there won't be a heartbeat ect,miscarriage is a scary thing and I'm so scared since my sister suffered 6 between her two children! I'm having a lot of pregnancy symptoms so fingers crossed all goes well for us!!
