Help!

My partners cousin comes and stays with us of a weekend, so he can have his daughter over night (he lives in a different state), but he just let's her run around until she drops and just let's her cry and cry, my partner and I don't say anything because it's his daughter and what not, but I'm 37 weeks pregnant, and I don't want him staying here when I have my baby because I'm obviously going to have enough trouble being a FTM, trying to get my baby into a routine, I have been asking my partner to bring it up to him, but he keeps putting it off, should I bring it up and ask him to find somewhere else to stay or am I just being selfish?
