Wetness instead of AF

Today I am supposed to get AF and I am very regular. Instead I just feel extreme wetness. I keep going to the bathroom ever twenty minutes or so but AF is never there!! This has never happened to me before. I am also experiencing a surge of heat through my body (I'm assuming a hot flash?) and am a little light headed. Are these possible pregnancy signs? Has anyone experienced this?
