Losing Weight? PLZ HELP!
A couple summers ago I lost over 40 lbs which I was around 170 before and I was feeling still like shit, but then I grew taller (I'm 14) and gained back on 35 pounds through the school year being so stressful, like I would be so stressed I would forget to eat and then I'd be like "Oh!" And totally binge and hate myself. Right now I'm 165, I feel like if I lost weight I'd look better and feel more confident, but I need tips because I struggle, and I currently can't work out due to mononucleosis, which because of that I have a huge spleen... I really wanna get fit for summer please help! I am very athletic but I'm told to lay low for a few months just until my mono goes away :( please help!
