Labor

I'm two days over due and my contractions have been getting stronger to the point that they are now two to three minutes apart and getting more painful. I do not want to go to the hospital yet because my water hasn't broken and I have an appointment with my doctor tomorrow anyways. But does anyone know how I can get these contractions to speed up and make my delivery sooner? I already lost my mucus plug five hours ago but that doesn't necessarily mean I'll go into labor.
