Let the drinking begin!
I'm here at Labcorp for my Gestational Diabetes Screening.
The flavor drink was fruit punch and it was quite tasty. I think maybe because it's early in the morning and I was a bit thirsty. (No drinking or eating two hours prior to testing.)
I was expecting the drink to be similar to the liquid laxatives (magnesium citrate) but it wasn't even close. In fact, it was a lot more drinkable/tolerable.
I'm waiting an hour now for testing. I hope they have a seasoned phlebotomist because my veins are soooo small.
