Placenta Previa

Today I got a call from my Doctors office letting me know they received my results for my Anatomy scan and it showed I have placenta previa. They told me to stay off my feet as much as possible. They said if I don't have to be on them, don't! I was also told no intercourse, lifting or exercise of any kind. I was basically told to stay in bed! I'm feeling a little down because I hope I didn't make anything worst by doing all these things the past week and a half because I didn't know😭. They want me to go back for another scan to check if anything changes, not sure when yet. I'm 21 weeks today. Has anyone had this scare but everything turned out to be okay?
