hyperprolactinemia

I'm 17, just got diagnosed with prolactinemia. The fact that I have highly irregular periods, smoked for about a year, and drank heavily for a few years puts me at an even higher risk of infertility. The meds id have to take for the hyperprolactinemia would counteract the psych meds I take for my bipolar disorder and depression. I'm not trying to get pregnant any time soon but I'm really stressing about this... what if this prevents a guy from being with me? am I just overthinking this?
