Painful Varicose Veins- Anyone else??

I'm 19 weeks today and have suddenly got a big varicose vein on my leg, kept me up last night throbbing! Am seeing my midwife tomorrow so will talk to her but wondering if anyone else hqs this problem?  Anything that helps you? Thanks

Get compression hose!!! They help tremendously...your Dr can write you a prescription or you can buy them off Internet or at drug store

I would rather have them on my legs than my lady parts! Mine cropped up 2-3 weeks ago and it's absolute torture. I feel like a linebacker kicked me repeatedly in the vag. 😔

Well I looked on google and apoarently Apple Cider Vinegar helps, both ingested and applied topically, so am giving that a whirl!  Will let you all know if it helps. And a friend recommended acupuncture,  I'm not too keen on that, not yet anyway!

I've suffered from those since my first pregnancy, so almost 11 years now. They get worse with each pregnancy unfortunately. Was going to get them checked out and see what a vein doctor thought last year after I had my daughter, but this baby surprised us. So needless to say I have to wait till after this baby is born to take care of them. They are no fun and extremely painful. Get fitted for support hose they help.
