Water breaking??

This may not make sense buuuut What does it feel like when your water breaks?? I haven't had my water break on its own and me being 37 weeks ,I pee a lot and I honestly have had a few close calls lol sooo I wonder if it feels like you're peeing on yourself ?

Mine felt like it exploded. I was already in the hospital for back labor and in bed. I honestly thought I had diarrhea or something by the way it felt. I didn't check but sent my husband to get a nurse. He was having a rough time watching me be in pain and stumbled to get words out but he managed to say 'my wife shit herself' in the middle of the hallway. 😂

My water broke with both my kids and I never once thought it was pee. It felt like watery discharge trickling out. Mine broke at the top so it was "a slow leak" and pretty continuos. I think when it breaks you wil know!

My son kicked me and I heard a loud pop. I stood up and it came pouring out. Totally felt like I was uncontrollably peeing myself but way more than I could have ever peed!

I always have a lot of fluid with my pregnancies so I always get the big gush. But it's different for everyone. Some get a slow trickle. You will know though because it won't stop.

My water only broke on its own on my first pregnancy. (I'm pregnant with #4 now) But at first I started trickling warm fluid and was super confused because I was under the impression that it would always be a big gush if it was your water breaking...so I thought "okay, am I peeing on myself!?" I ended up waited around a bit and every time I'd get up and move around it would trickle out more. I went to L&D and they tested and confirmed it to be my waters, not peeing on myself, lol. As soon as I stood up from the bed for them to move me to a delivery room it popped and a bigger gush (whatever fluid remained..) came out.

If there's a question, it never hurts to go in and let them check at least, especially if there's a consistent leak going on down there... 😊

My water just broke on Friday and I'm in the hospital because I'm only 29 weeks... I thought I just couldn't control my bladder. Only a little came out for the first hour and then a bunch and then it stopped and then a little leaked out again.
It could be a lot or a little but yeah it's like peeing on yourself and you can't hold it in.

I was in the bathtub stood up to dry of and it felt like a pop like how bubble gum feels when you pop it and a GUSH just a waterfall really.

It will be a continuous leak. Put a pad on and if you soak through it in an hr then it is your water not pee. I personally felt a "pop" then a slow trickle then a big gush.
