Disappointment

So this place is usually used for women who are pregnant or trying to get pregnant. But I'm dealing with the process of being diagnosed with PCOS. And I am so scared that my boyfriend will eventually be disappointed in me when I can't give him his kids. He's my bestfriend...has been for years. And we've been through a miscarriage together. But this is different. This almost feels like a death sentence to our future plans and dreams. And I just...I need some hope. And I was hoping that some of you ladies would be willing to help me out and give me some hope and success stories of your own.
