I'm new to this...

When I first started to wear tampons I noticed that it was very hard for me to get it out.. my mom said it's because I'm not used to it, but I went to the doctor to try birth control, my mom asked my doctor to examine me down there. She said that my hymen has been broken, but I'm a virgin & I was fingered but is that what broke it? my doctor said I would need it to be cut because its very painful taking tampons out.. My boyfriend & I have talked about sex... if we have sex will this tear? and will it be painful? comments would be appreciated!!
