Question to moms that shop clearance

So today I went to target in hope to find a nicer easter bucket to take my daughter a better easter picture. I went to that lil section that they have in front of the store that has things that are $1 and $3 there was no easter stuff whatsoever. I came home and hash tagged online and saw this picture(posted at the end of all this) does anyone mind telling me where the hell would I find this isle at ?like do they have it at every target ? I'm pretty sure if I go check ima be too late since people take advantage of the sale and get alot of things which btw I'm not saying it as a bad thing I mean if there are good deals I'm sure anyone would take advantage of the deals to save money :) but I want to know for next time I go
