Hospital bag and diaper bag?

Just wondering what you other mamas were planning on doing... I had my daughter at 32 weeks because I got preeclampsia so I never had a chance to pack a bag. I've started packing a bag for this one but do you plan on packing a diaper bag too? Or just the hospital bag?

I had my bag packed about 5-6 weeks before...in it I had
Comfortable clothes mostly pj dresses some sandals 
A pillow and cover (outside of the bag)
Toothbrush and toothpaste 
Travel size shampoo and conditioner 
About 3 outfits for baby and swaddled a or covers for baby 
Big cotton underwears (cheap ones because they will probably get gross after birth I just threw them away after) 
Breastfeeding cover 
---they provide you with wipes and diapers so I didn't take any of that 
---I took large pads because they provide you with diaper looking pads that I didn't need by discharge time 
---a hair brush and a couple of hair ties ohh and some makeup--minimal but I didn't want to feel like a monster so I put mascara and some powder 
---I'm sure I forgot some stuff but this was the main stuff I could remember
