Cramping after MC

So it's not usual cramping I don't know how to explain. Quick backstory. Found out Feb 18 I was pregnant, found out March 7 my one and only baby had made its way to heaven around six weeks. Passed the sac this last Thursday. Slight weird cramps on my left side now. Not really painful, not twinges, just little stings. Could I be ovulating? It's been almost a month since I actually lost my precious angel, but just a few days since I completely passed everything.
