Feeling annoyed and confused

Ok so it's my second month on clomid . After 16 months of tracking everything I decided this month I would just relax and wait for AF. Well I'm now on cycle day 19 my fertile week is over and no sore boobs some people might think this is normal but not my body the day of ovulation to AF I get sore boobs starts with extremely sore nipples and the closer I get to AF the more sore my boobs become. But the month I don't do ovulation tests this happenes now I wish I used them. Last month I ovulated on cycle day 16. Does this mean I haven't ovulated, even though I had lots of ewcm on my usual cd 16. But where r my sore boobs so fustrating
