Uti or chlamydia

A few months back I was treated for chlamydia. I went to the doctor last week thinking I had a uti but they didn't find anything that showed I have one. They said I didn't have an excessive amount of white cells. I know when I got tested for chlamydia they said I had an excessive amount of white blood cells. Does that mean I don't have it anymore cause the test for uti didn't show an excessive amount of white cells? They sent my urine for a culture but I haven't heard back from the doctor. I'm just nervous that the treatment didn't work and that's why I'm having the symptoms of a uti.
