TTC for almost 1 year and 2 months

Me and my boyfriend been trying to get pregnant since February 2015 And no luck. Just got my period on March 27, 2016 I bought pregnancy tests and it came out negative. I had cramps, my boobs were a little sore so that's why I did the test but then I got my period. I usually don't get these symptoms before my period.  Any tips ladies? I hope to get pregnant soon within April :/ should we try to have sex 7 days straight on my fertile days? So stressful trying to conceive.
