Missed miscarriage
I urge you ladies do not travel out of the country while you're pregnant. I went back home to Panama then to PR for about a week. Came back and found out I had dengue. Then today went in for an U/S to find out our angels heart stopped beating. They said most likely within the last 24 hours because I had one at the hospital Sunday night and there was a heartbeat. I am exactly 9 weeks today. So I'll be going in for a D&C tomorrow, can't bear going through a miscarriage at home.
Since I am not having cramps or bleeding I was diagnosed with a miss miscarriage, my body has not realized my baby's heart stopped beating. They said if I waited it can take over a month to pass and I didn't want to take medicine to induce it either.

Also, not all brown spotting is normal. I had a VERY small amount last night, only once when I wiped.
