Birth control opinions?

So me and my boyfriend hate condoms but I HATE the pill. Like seriously, it makes me a total whack job AND it kills my sex drive. Is this going to happen on any hormonal BC? What kind of BC do you ladies take and love? I would love to hear personal experiences/advice :):)

My Depo shot made me super horny and my pill makes me feel the same as you. The shot is not more effective than the pill but it does help with being more safe.

Different pills use different types and amounts of hormones, so they may not have the same side effects.

I've been on nuvaring for about 4 months and I think it's great, you never really notice it and my drive hasn't really been affected but when i first put it in a lot of side effects hit me
