Best birth control for pregnancy and BAD cramps ?
So I have the worse cramps ever. THE SECOND DAY IS ALWAYS THE WORST, anyone else? ðŸ˜ðŸ˜I've stayed in bed all day for 1-2days before, I've thrown up like 5 times, cry almost every time.
     anyways I have intercourse with my boyfriend and we sometimes use a condom and other times we don't.. Most of the time we don't. I have an appointment to go Apr. 21 to check out what birth control I want and I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions. I don't want the shot, patch or pill so really just the IUD or the Nexplanon. Any recommendations? 😣 I'm very nervous and I don't handle pain well..
