Best birth control for pregnancy and BAD cramps ?

So I have the worse cramps ever. THE SECOND DAY IS ALWAYS THE WORST, anyone else? 😭😭I've stayed in bed all day for 1-2days before, I've thrown up like 5 times, cry almost every time.
         anyways I have intercourse with my boyfriend and we sometimes use a condom and other times we don't.. Most of the time we don't. I have an appointment to go Apr. 21 to check out what birth control I want and I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions. I don't want the shot, patch or pill so really just the IUD or the Nexplanon. Any recommendations? 😣 I'm very nervous and I don't handle pain well..

I'd SO recommend the shot you said you didn't want it but really my top choice!!! I didn't gain any weight, my skin was amazing and NO period and NO cramps at all. Best part I never got pregnant or even had a scare. It's really not as bad as you think.

I have a hard time taking pills and I'm not reliable at all for them😅 the other two I've just heard nothing good. And the Nex and IUD last super long..
