Ttc 14 months no luck - need advice plz

We have ttc for 14 months with no luck. Im 26 & dh 27. We have not gone to a gp or went for a check up or anything. I feel so emotional and anxious I really don't know what to do...Some days I feel good and want to schedule an appointment but other days like today I just feel down and out and hope it will happen soon. I have mixed emotions...at this point do I go to a gp, gynaecologist, fertility specialist some advise would be great. Thanks
