Confusion

After bleeding a lot at 6w 2d went to A&E they said I was probably miscarrying. After going to the docs yesterday she agreed and asked me to have an exam and a blood test. My cervix was closed but she said with the amount of blood I'd lost its probably true. She called me today and said my hcg levels are 70 and I need to have another blood test tomorrow. I thought it was over. I'm so scared, I worry there's still tissue in me and I might need more tests etc and I can't get my head round this. I'm still bleeding but it's slowing down. Can anyone help me get my head round what this means?
