Stuffed nose with no relief

Hi all, I'm Viktoria and just found out that I am pregnant with my first baby. Since I found out, my nose has been completely blocked and my doctor recommended I stay away from decongestants. I have not been able to breath through my nose for 2 weeks now and have tried everything I could think of: saline, peroxide, onion juice, steam, vapor rub, nose stickers... everything! Did anyone have this problem? And if so, any advise on what I should do?
