I have a problem...I think?

It's been a couple of months now but, when I pee, it smells like really bad. It's to the point where I have to spray the bathroom every time I use it. There has been times where I did drink a lot of water one day and it was totally fine! No smell or anything! What does this mean? Am I not drinking enough water or what?
