Baby DIARRHEA

My baby has diarrhea he's 3 weeks and six days. He has had gas and doesn't poop for 30hrs but the last 24hours he's pooped five times each time the stool gets softer it was seedy and yellow now it's like mucus and still yellow he hasn't slept really and has been nursing often should we go to the Doctor?
