What do y'all think?

I don't have a uti I went to my primary doc and they pretty much said you don't have one and you need to see your ob well I can't see them until tmro bc they're closed but I did let them know. I also have some tighting in my lower stomach. I just don't know what to do I'm sure I'm being dramatic, My lower back has sharp pains as well. The stomach thing is just uncomfortable
