ive been wanting to lose weight for awhile now. i have a binge eating disorder which makes it hard for me though. i could probably get my mom to put our family on a diet (the 17 day diet since we've done it before), but if I can't, what should I do?

im 15, 5'3 and I weigh 157 lbs. my doctor told me that I'm considered overweight and once we took a look at my chart, I gained 30 or so pounds in one summer and just kept going up.

I really want to get fit, not to be skinny but because I want to have a healthier body and I know that I'll feel more confident if I'm healthier.

is there any exercises that can help me lose the excess fat and how do I stay motivated?
