Toast?

Has anyone give their baby toast at 7 months? The HV said I can give them toast cut up into little squares but I'm so scared of them choking 😩 they've boy had blended food so far!

Babies have to learn how to "chew" at some point. Some soft toast cut into little squares should be fine. Just stay close & keep an eye on bubs, if bubs starts to gag, finger in the gob & fish out the soggy toast... Not everyday, like a once a week thing.

Ummm I didnt hear anything like that and I wouldnt do that anyway. If she said that to let the baby like 'bite' on something hard cut some long apple pieces and give that you baby she/he'll love that
