Anyone used/using raspberry leaf capsules/tablets in third trimester?

Just wondering if anyone has used raspberry leaf capsules or tablets in third trimester?  If anyone has used them what was your experience?  Has anyone used the brand Nature's sunshine before?

I'v personally heard that it can cause you to go into pre-term labor and is NOT recommended while pregnant. I would ask your doctor first to be sure and trust whatever they say.

I am. Doctor approved even though he is skeptical of it actually making a difference. Also pre approved for the primrose oil to be started at 37-38. I've been taking the rrl capsules since 34 with no problems and no BH.

I asked my doctor about red raspberry leaf tea and she was like "sure go ahead, it probably won't make any difference" .. I will start drinking it at 34-35 weeks.

I'm currently taking the red raspberry leaf capsules. I'm only taking one a day and I'm 33 weeks. I'll probably start taking it twice a day at 36 weeks. I've heard great things so I'm hoping it works for me!
