TMI!!!!

So last night I had a wee bit of brown stuff like just a little then everything was fine until about an hour later I was doing a poo and when I wiped my vagina some pinkish discharge came got scared of course but then there was nothing else when I went all night but during the night I took some mild cramp was sore but not pain ful that I was bent over in 2 just sore but never had any blood or aldis charge or anything till about an hour ago I went to poo again and there was a little bit of blood like just a 10p peace size but now there is nothing again am about 4/5 weeks pregnant have had 2 miscarriages already was just wondering if anyone else has had this in early pregnancy I'm so scared I don't no what it could be i can't stop crying please help me
