Clomid late ovulation

So I am experiencing very late ovulation for my standard cycle. I was prescribed clomid cycle days 5-9 and I always got peak in CD 13-14. I use the clear blue fertility monitor and it has tracked all of my cycles. Some days it was 12-13 but more often then not 13-14 were my peak days. I'm now on cycle day 17 and still no peak. I need to get blood work done and start/stop certain medication so I am looking for any insight on this. I plan to call the doctors after work to see if this is all normal or if I will just have non ovulation cycle. My biggest concern is not having a long enough luteal phase. Anything to help ease my mind would be great! Thank you.
