Baby fever

Ok I'm 24 years old and have always thought I would have kids but never really thought about it that much. I dated a guy in college for 5 years and never really had any burning desire to get married or have kids. We broke up when I graduated and I moved home. I am now madly in love with a guy that I grew up with, we've been dating for about a year. I just got an IUD put in but I have insane baby fever. All I can think about is having kids with this guy. Everytime I see a baby I get so emotional. I got "the know" app on my phone and starting following all kinds of wedding Instagrams. I feel like I'm going crazy! Wondering if this feeling will go away? Or am I gonna feel like this til I have kids? Thought perhaps it was hormonal but I don't think so.
