Weed smoking neighbor
I know this is a strange question but here it goes!!!!! ... I live in an apartment and my neighbor across the hall smokes weed and cigarettes in his unit, sometimes with the interior and exterior door open. I can smell it. I scared its harmful to my baby!?! ..... What should I do?????
