Do you think white people are obsessed with black people and other people of color? If so why? If no why? Why is it okay for white people to tan and alter their look even though European feature is the standard of beauty. I really want to know. These are questions I really have.

No? Why would white people be obsessed with black people? If this is that train of thought that white people want "curls, big butts, big lips, tans, big hair" then news flash: BLACKS ARE NOT THE ONLY RACE WITH THESE FEATURES. Nor do white people even look like black people when they manipulate their appearance if they want those things. They look more like Spanish, South American, Italian, Swedish, Northern European people.

I don't know if they're obsessed. I think that, because thy have position of power over POC they think subconsciously that every thing we have also belongs to them.

people tan because they get made fun of for being too pale, and being pale is synonymous with ugly, different, sometimes weak. "pasty" "ghost" "go outside" etc. 🤔
