Sad news

So after trying for a year and a half, I've had the worst day. I had my hysteroscopy yesterday and had no issues except a small polyp that they decided to leave because it was so small but they also did blood work. Just got a call for my blood work saying that I had a high prolactin level which is probably why I'm not ovulating and can't get pregnant.  They believe this could be related to a pituitary tumor so I have to go for an MRI before we do any kind of fertility treatments. Has anyone else had this issue?
