Has anyone got an early gender ultrasound at 15 weeks and it be wrong?

I am 15 weeks today and I really want to go to an early gender place. They said they can tell anytime after 15 weeks but I'm scared they r going to tell me one gender and later I end up getting told it's another. It's $125 and they do the ultrasound in a combination of 2d 3d and 4d. Just wondering how everyone else's experience with it was. ☺😊
