Labor close?
I'm 38 + 3
100% effaced, not dilated (haven't lost mucus plug). Vaginal bleeding. Unable to urinate. Increased appetite. Horrible cramps every night at exactly 2:35 AM and they last until 5:00 AM. Lots of pelvic pressure. Nesting stage at 37 weeks. Horrible hot flashes. What do you ladies think? Baby Soon?
