37 weeks pregnant and sick.

I'm 37 weeks pregnant and have been sick all week. Congestion, sore throat, body aches, coughing etc. I went to my GYNO and she told me there was nothing safe I could take and I would just have to ride it out. We this morning I woke up and my face is completely swollen and I can hardly feel my jaw. It feels like lock jaw. I have had issues with TMJ in the past and the feeling is similar. My GYNO is closed today should I go see my general doctor? I feel awful. 😞
