Im staying Prayful, but honestly im scared

Good morning everyone. Yesterday I experienced a scare. (Sorry if this is FYI...I just need some advice). I went to the restroom yesterday and while there was no blood In the toilet, there was some on the tissue. Very light. This morning it was the same thing but a little darker and a little more. I spoke to the midwife last night and I was told to just rest and more than likely since my placenta was right above my cervix at my last ultrasound, it is trying to position itself correctly causing some blood. I'm ten weeks now and I know I'm at high risk for miscarriage this early so I'm scared. I have no pain and no blood other than when I wipe and after I wipe a couple times its nothing there. I'm told to call the doctor on Monday and try to go in for an ultrasound cause my next apt isn't until the 18th. Should I be worried?
