Is it bad to have 3 baby showers??

Im on my first baby and found out im gonna be having three showers... My babys god mother is throwing one here in colorado for friends and any family here, then in may/june we are going to Illinois to see family ans check on my grandfather and they now wanna do one there, and the church i have been going to for years is gonna be throwing a little one for me in june/before babys here.... I feel like that is way too much but dont know how to say no.... I have never been the type to have it all about me so i wasnt expecting that many baby showers for one baby.....

I had 2 with my 1st born & was greatful for all the gifts some were double but I was able to exchange some, enjoy them all honey .. congratulations

I had 3 with my first baby, too! I found It to be very overwhelming though 😔 my mother in law threw me one, my mom threw me one and then the women on my husbands dads side (because his parents are divorced) threw me one.

This go round my mom is throwing me one and I believe that's it

Nope. I'm also a first time mom and am having three separate showers as well. Friends, family and a work shower. Since this is our first I'm super happy because we literally have nothing for the little guy. It'll be nice to have that much love and support especially from those that have had babies and know some must have items that I haven't thought about. Enjoy all the love and support. Baby stuff is expensive so every little bit helps!
