Help!

I'm on CD 45 & no period. I tested on 4/2 with early morning pee & thought I saw a faint line but retested with digital & it read negative. Today I experienced very light brown spotting earlier but that was it & my CM is creamy with light pink spotting? Has anyone experienced this? Advice??
