Second integrated screening downsyndrome please help

So my doctor just called and said I tested positive for the down syndrome on my second Integra screening..please will somebody try to explain to me better what this means? I know it doesn't mean my baby for sure has down syndrome it just means I'm at a higher risk has this happened to anybody else? I'm kinda freaking out here :( I'm 22 weeks.....
